Born on October 29, 1977, in Dhanbad, to Mr. Diwakar Jha, a respected civil engineer at BCCL, Dr. Anand’s journey from a young student at Denobili School, Sijua, to a distinguished educator and sculptor of minds is nothing short of remarkable.

After completing his M.B.A. in Delhi, Dr. Anand initially ventured into the corporate sector, where he made significant contributions as the Sales Manager for India Infoline. However, his profound passion for education and desire to make a difference steered him towards academia. Throughout his teaching career, Dr. Anand has graced several esteemed institutions, including GL Bajaj College, Takshila Business College, Fairfield College, D.I.T College, and Dr. C.V. Raman University. His role as an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at these institutions has been instrumental in shaping the futures of countless students.

Beyond the confines of traditional classrooms, Dr. Anand has also made a mark in the digital realm through his educational content on YouTube. His insightful videos, supported by an M.Phil and Ph.D. in Management from Mats University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, have garnered widespread acclaim. His research on Participative Management in the Coal Industry at S.E.C.L., Bilaspur, highlights his dedication to blending academic research with practical industry insights.

Dr. Anand’s prolific contributions extend to authoring research papers and mentoring management research scholars. His motivational and career guidance sessions have illuminated the paths for many students, guiding them towards realizing their full potential. Currently, as the Director of Dr. P.L. International School, Latani, Purvi Tundi, Dhanbad, and CEO of P.L. Shiksha Niketan Senior Secondary School, Gogri Jamalpur, Khagaria, Bihar, Dr. Anand has implemented numerous educational reforms. His efforts to provide financial relief to rural students by waiving admission and development fees underscore his commitment to making education accessible to all.

Recognizing his unparalleled contributions to the education sector, Dr. Akhil Anand was honored with the “National Education Ratna” award in Delhi. This accolade is a testament to his enduring dedication to enhancing the educational landscape and uplifting society through his innovative initiatives.
