For Jayeeta Sinha, education has been an important part of her life from the beginning. She studied at Delhi Public School, Dhanbad, and later moved to Hyderabad for her graduation in Microbiology. Her studies gave her a background in science and shaped the way she looked at learning.
Over time, her interests took her towards teaching. She is now based in Gurugram and works as an educator at Shalom Presidency School. Working with children has given her a chance to stay connected with learning while helping students become more comfortable and confident in the classroom.
For Jayeeta, teaching comes with responsibility. Every day brings a different group of students, different questions and different situations to handle.

From Education to Teaching
Jayeeta’s own student life had a role in the career she chose later. After completing her schooling at Delhi Public School, Dhanbad, she studied Microbiology in Hyderabad.
Science taught her to be curious and to look for answers. Her professional path eventually moved in another direction, towards education.
In the classroom, she believes students should be able to ask questions without hesitation. A child may understand a topic quickly, while another may need more time or a different explanation. Giving students that space matters to her.
Teaching has also given Jayeeta a chance to learn from her students. Classroom experiences have helped her become more patient and have taught her the importance of listening and communicating clearly.

Teaching as a Purpose
At Shalom Presidency School in Gurugram, Jayeeta spends her working days around students and their learning.
She does not see a teacher’s role as simply completing chapters or following a timetable. She wants students to participate in class and feel comfortable when they do not understand something. Asking a question, making a mistake and trying again are all part of learning.
Some of the moments she values most are quite simple. When a student finally understands something that seemed difficult earlier, or speaks up after being hesitant, she gets a sense of satisfaction from her work.
Her years in education have also taught her that patience cannot be separated from teaching. Students respond differently, and a teacher needs to understand those differences.

Family at the Heart of Her Life
There is another side to Jayeeta’s life away from school. She is a wife and a mother, and her husband and son have been part of her life through the different stages of her career.
Managing work and home together requires planning and adjustment. There are days when one responsibility needs more attention than the other. Jayeeta has continued to make time for both her family and her professional life while keeping some space for her own dreams.
Her family has remained close to her through these experiences. The support of the people around her has mattered during both ordinary days and important moments.
Her Mother, Her Strength
Jayeeta credits her mother with giving her much of the confidence and willpower she carries today.
Her mother encouraged her to believe in herself and keep going when things became difficult. That advice stayed with Jayeeta as she moved through different stages of her life.
Self-doubt is something many people experience, and Jayeeta has had those moments too. During such times, remembering her mother’s faith in her has helped her regain confidence.
The lessons she received from her family continue to influence the way she approaches life and work.

The Most Stylish Diva 2025
In 2025, Jayeeta received the title “The Most Stylish Diva 2025.”
It was a different kind of experience from her usual work as an educator. The recognition gave her an opportunity to express another side of her personality and enjoy an occasion centred around confidence and personal style.
For Jayeeta, being stylish is not only about what someone wears. It also has something to do with how comfortably a person carries herself and how she faces different situations.
Receiving the title became one of the memorable experiences of 2025 for her.

Finding Balance in Everyday Life
Jayeeta’s days involve several responsibilities. There is her work as an educator, her role as a wife and mother, and her relationship with her own family. At the same time, she has continued to keep her personal goals in sight.
Finding a balance between these parts of life is not always easy. Some days are busy and some plans have to wait. Still, she continues to make an effort to move ahead with the things that matter to her.
Her experiences have taught her to take life one step at a time. She keeps learning from what happens around her and remains open to new opportunities.

Jayeeta continues to set goals for herself and work towards them in her own way. For her, there is always something new to learn, whether it comes from a classroom, a family conversation or an experience she did not expect.
