From Struggle to Teaching: The Inspiring Journey of Vandana Balaji Shinde
Vandana Balaji Shinde, formerly known as Vandana Gangadhar Dhavale, is a teacher whose life shows the value of hard work, education, and determination. Her journey was not easy. She completed her education while facing poor financial conditions, but she never allowed difficulties to stop her from moving forward.

Her connection with teaching started at a very young age. Since the fourth standard, Vandana had been conducting training classes for people. At that time, she received only ₹300 per month. Though the amount was small, the experience gave her confidence and helped her understand the importance of teaching. It also became the first step towards the meaningful career she would build later.
Vandana continued her studies with great effort and completed her M.Sc. and M.Ed. degrees. Her educational journey is an example for students who may face financial problems but still wish to achieve their dreams. She believed that education could open new doors and give a person the strength to build a better future.

An important person in her professional journey was respected Vijay Patil, Chondikar. He supported Vandana and gave her an opportunity to work as an assistant teacher in his institution. This opportunity helped her move ahead in her teaching career and use her knowledge in a better way.
Before becoming a secondary school teacher, Vandana taught Chemistry to students of Classes 11 and 12 on a subsidized basis. Her willingness to teach even with limited support shows her caring nature and strong commitment towards education.

Today, Vandana Balaji Shinde works as a secondary school teacher and teaches Science. She is associated with Sai Vihar Kawadipur Gunwantrao School, located at Sai Vihar Kawadipur, Taluka Pusad, District Yavatmal, Maharashtra, PIN 445215.
